This course is designed to walk you through the 8 key steps to selling cars efficiently. By following these steps you can ensure the best outcome for both you and the customer. These are tried and true steps that have helped many stores increase their returns quickly! It may seem mundane to do the same things in every transaction but repetition only makes for a better transaction with the experience gained.

With over 25 years of knowledge in the automotive industry and have built a methodology that is proven to work. Over the past 9 years, I have doubled volume at stores. I have taken stores ranked 145th in the world to number 1! I am even currently using these very methods to increase sales at my newest Hyundai location. Time and time again I have used my knowledge to dominate the market, and I am now here, ready to share that with you!
LEARNING OUTCOMES
You will learn how to Meet and Greet a customer correctly, an art form lost in today’s society. You will then learn how to find out information on the customers needs to better tend to their needs. After this, you will be taught the proper steps to evaluate the customer’s trade-in and maximize time efficiency. Once the opening is complete with the customer you will then be taught how to find them the right vehicle and how to write up and present it professionally and time efficiently. Once the deal is complete and delivered you will be reinforced with the importance of logging and following up with the customer to maintain the relationship you made with them. Lastly, you will be reminded of the important information that all salespeople seem to forget!
